Co| Salon Receptionist Manager

We are currently looking for a dynamic personality to assist our front of house receptionist team. Previous experience in a salon managing environment and sales ability would be a valuable asset ,strong interpersonal abilities to create positive connections with clients, staff, and management, contributing to a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.The role includes working with FOH team , answering calls, making bookings on our clinic system, greeting clients, taking payments and supporting the therapists and stylists. You will be responsible for looking after the social media and promotions . The contracted hours for this post are to be discussed following a successful interview.

Responsibilities
• Make appointment bookings using our online booking system
• To process payments
• To promote other services and products to customers as appropriate
• To answer calls, contact clients via telephone/email, and handle complaints in a timely and professional manner
• To smoothly take over the client's journey from the therapist/stylist and complete payments and appointment bookings
• To monitor salon daily and weekly goals and targets.
• Build and grow a successful and profitable salon.
• Create and maintain loyal clientele.
• To make clients aware of retail products and retails recommendations.
Experience:
• Minimum 2 years experience in a salon or clinic
