Our Hiring Partner a Leading Software Product Company is looking for Cloud Telephony Support (L1) Position
• Job Location: Gurgaon (Work From Office)
• CTC Offered: ₹4.2 LPA
• Candidate Requirements: Strong verbal communication skills in English and a passion for customer service
• Educational Qualifications : Btech, BCA and BSc IT,
• Year of Passing - 2023, 2024, 2025
Key Functional Responsibilities
• Handle client queries via calls, chats, or tickets, providing accurate and timely responses to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Maintain a strong understanding of products/services and stay updated on new features to provide accurate information.
• Ensure high CSAT by consistently delivering exceptional customer service.
• Document customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the support management system.
• Identify areas for improvement in customer support processes and workflows.
• Meet performance metrics such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction ratings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (L2 support, billing, network operations) for issue resolution.
• Willing to work rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays, to support customers across different time zones.
Skill Requirements
• Excellent customer service skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong multitasking and prioritization skills to manage tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in support ticketing systems, CRM software, and other relevant tools.
• Adaptability to shifting priorities and evolving technologies.
Additional Skills
• Highly energetic, self-motivated, and flexible to work in shifts.
