Job Title:
Clinical Therapist

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Therapist to deliver culturally responsive therapy services in remote communities.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver evidence-based trauma-informed therapy and treatment for individuals in the local community
Support clients experiencing complex trauma, grief, family violence, and substance abuse
Develop and implement tailored care plans and integrate specialist outreach services
Build strong networks with community stakeholders to enhance service delivery
Maintain high standards of clinical documentation and participate in quality improvement activities
Requirements:
Tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Counselling, or related discipline
Current registration with AHPRA or equivalent practicing certificate
Understanding of Aboriginal cultures, values, and protocols with experience in culturally responsive practice
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
Willingness to travel to remote communities and engage in community outreach
