Who We're Looking For
Mood Health is seeking a compassionate and experienced Clinical Supervisor (LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC) to join our team. This role involves supervising associate clinicians, providing clinical oversight, and maintaining a limited caseload of clients.

We're looking for a supervisor who is passionate about supporting the professional development of pre-licensed therapists and ensuring excellence in clinical care.

Key Responsibilities
Provide ~6 to 8 hours of direct clinical supervision to associate therapists each week
Conduct ~3 to 4 hours of chart review and documentation weekly
Maintain a caseload of approximately 10 client sessions per week
Participate in associate hiring by conducting interviews as needed
Ensure documentation and clinical care meet ethical and quality standards
Collaborate with our clinical leadership team as needed
Qualifications Skills
Must hold a valid California license (LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC)
Minimum of 2 years post-licensure experience in therapy settings
Experience supervising or mentoring associate clinicians preferred
Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
Passion for equity in mental health care and supporting clinician growth
