Job description/ Key responsibilities:
• Provide counseling to students, addressing mental health concerns, behavioral issues, academic struggles, etc.
• Design and implement a responsive counseling program, addressing student needs and concerns.
• Develop and teach social-emotional learning skills, life skills, and character education programs.
• Work closely with teachers and parents to identify student needs and develop support plans.
• Participate in staff development, workshops, and conferences to stay updated on best practices.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation of counseling sessions and student interactions.
