About the Role:

The Clinical Nurse Specialist plays a key role in the delivery of patient care, working closely with plastic surgeons and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care. In this fixed term position, you will be responsible for supporting patients undergoing breast reconstruction surgery, maintaining accurate records and data on patient outcomes and treatment plans, and developing and implementing practice development and quality improvement strategies to enhance patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert care and support to patients undergoing breast reconstruction surgery
Work closely with plastic surgeons and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
Maintain accurate records and data on patient outcomes and treatment plans
Develop and implement practice development and quality improvement strategies to enhance patient care
Requirements:

Expert level clinical knowledge and experience in maxillofacial, burns, and plastic surgery
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
