Our team of Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, and Exercise Scientists are dedicated to providing the highest standard of care using science and evidence-based methods to achieve the best outcome.

The Role

Our Client Support Team are responsible for answering all incoming calls and assisting with all call enquiries. By supporting clients, prioritising referrals and managing a centralised inbox, our Client Support Team Members play a pivotal role in connecting our clinics with our clients. Key responsibilities include:

Providing consistent service following Kieser standards.
Resolving or escalating client issues promptly
Ensuringconsistent phone experience for all clients
Prioritising client service based on Mystery Shopping Results
Focusing on ongoing Client Service Clinic campaign(s).
Making outbound calls when needed
Maintaining professional email correspondence with practitioners and clinics regarding bookings and appointments

This role is full-time, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications Certifications

Required:

Valid working rights in Australia
Year 12 or equivalent
Experience using software/systes
Desirable:

1+ years reception/client service/call centre/customer service experience
Experience in medical, allied health or strength conditioning industry
