We are hiring A Lead Generation Specialist for our recruitment client partner,
She should be focusing on identifying and engaging potential clients for hiring services. Responsible for building a pipeline of qualified leads through various channels, including market research, cold calling, email marketing, and social media. Their goal is to convert these leads into active clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and Identify Leads: Conduct market research to pinpoint companies with hiring needs and identify potential candidates with relevant skills and experience.
Develop and Execute Lead Generation Strategies: Create and implement targeted campaigns using various channels like email, social media, and phone outreach.
Nurture Leads: Engage with potential clients and candidates, build relationships, and move them through the sales or recruitment funnel.
Maintain CRM Database: Keep the company's CRM system updated with accurate lead information, contact details, and interaction history.
Collaborate with Sales and Recruitment Teams: Work closely with internal teams to qualify leads, schedule interviews, and close deals.
Analyze and Report on Performance: Track lead generation metrics, analyze campaign effectiveness, and identify areas for improvement.
Stay Up-to-Date on Industry Trends: Continuously learn about new lead generation techniques, recruitment trends, and competitor activities.
Key Skills:
Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with potential clients and candidates.
Sales and Negotiation Skills: Ability to effectively present the recruitment agency's services and negotiate terms.
CRM Proficiency: Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage leads and track interactions.
Social Media Savvy:Familiarity with social media platforms for lead generation and networking.
Data Analysis and Reporting:Ability to analyze lead generation data and generate reports to track performance.
Strong Organizational and Time Management Skills:Ability to manage multiple leads and tasks effectively.
Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills:Ability to identify challenges and develop solutions to improve lead generation efforts.
