Understand client needs and manage events end-to-end
Lead and guide the servicing team Resolve client issues promptly
Ensure quality, compliance, and smooth communication
Requirements
5+ years in event/client servicing
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field will be a plus.
