Client Servicing Manager-Digital Marketing (2+ Year Experience-On site )
Roles and Responsibilities: 1. To understand and decode the brief from the client 2. To share the brief with the team in an effective manner, explaining every aspect of the brief, the brand, and the client 3. To work with the internal team closely to deliver the requirements on time 4. Communicating with the clients on a regular basis to ensure a smooth flow of communication and work towards developing a valuable relationship with the brand 5. Work closely with the vendors and develop a positive working relationship with them 6. Should be able to facilitate, ideate, and lead campaign brainstorming sessions along with the whole team 7. Overview the day-to-day activities of the team and assign them their daily tasks 8. Creative research Competition analysis 8. To manage projects as per deadlines +. Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on the insights 10.
