Client Service Officer

We are seeking a dynamic Client Service Representative to facilitate positive client interactions, support their needs, and uphold satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibilities-

· Foster and nurture client relationships, ensuring timely acknowledgment of feedback.

· Proficiently address objections and provide prompt solutions to client queries.

· Maintain and organize data, ensuring timely resolution of issues through follow-ups.

Skills- Strong Communication | Effective Problem Solving

Comprehensive training provided for newcomers.

Qualification- HSC / Graduation qualifications are accepted.

Salary- ₹15,000 - ₹18,000/- Per Month (Flexible as per experience)

Location- Mumbai, Maharashtra
