Designation: Client Servicing Executive
Reporting to: Sr. Client Service Manager
Location: Baner, Pune (Work from office)
Client Servicing Executive is responsible to coordinate, schedule ensure client satisfaction with the organization's product or service.
Key Responsibilities:
Seek, process and execute client requests and product ordersCoordinate with different project stakeholders - Internal External.Answer queries regarding product/ services processes.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment of products orders/ services.Maintain trackers, reports for client interaction, product/ service usage etc.Collect feedback and resolve client complaints

1. Communications Professional skills
2. Computer skills with good speed (Good hands-on Excel formulae)
3. Good with logical reasoning, the quick adaption of new skill sets, and understanding of process flow
4. Email etiquette are mandatory
5. Task management and prioritization

Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate in Management, BBA, BE COMP/IT, BCA
Years of Experience: Preferred - 1 to 2 Years of Experience, Postgraduate freshers can apply as well.
Salary : 25,000 to 28,000 Per Month
