Job description
We are hiring for a Junior Advocate (Male) at our Preet Vihar Delhi office, the candidate has good knowledge of all types of Court works, e-filing works, drafting, like police complaints, legal notices, plaints, research works, etc. for Civil, Criminal, Matrimonial, DRT, CAT, matters, etc. He must have passed out from a good university and should be sincere, responsible, punctual, respectful, and have good communication skills in English as well as good knowledge of computers. He must reside near Preet Vihar East Delhi Preferred. He must have experience of at least one year in any Delhi-based Law Firm or under any Delhi-based Advocate after enrollment.
We are offering a package between 10k to 12k for 6 months to one year experienced candidates (in Delhi Courts Jurisdiction only)and 12k to 18k for more than one year experienced candidates (in Delhi Courts Jurisdiction only and it's depends on the interview) and thereafter we will give increment according to performance, the said remuneration will depend on the candidate's experience and his performance at the time of the Interview.
Candidates near Preet Vihar or Karkardooma courts in Delhi will be suitable for us. He must be having his conveyance with a valid driving license. Kindly note, that an independent practicing advocate having his running cases, candidates from outside Delhi, or a candidate with the advocate's family background is not applicable for the said post. Age criteria are between 22 to 32 years only.

About the Role
The primary goal of this position is to provide exceptional customer service to clients and partners using our systems. You will work closely with other departments to ensure timely resolution of issues, complaints, and challenges.

Key Responsibilities
• Developing a thorough understanding of our solutions and administrative platforms.
• Responding promptly and professionally to client support requests, ensuring satisfactory resolutions for all parties.
• Supporting clients in implementing their own assessment and development projects on our platforms.
• Taking live calls and emails from clients and handling them in a friendly and professional manner.
• Supporting customers (internal and external) with resolving issues, answering general questions, and requests for information about our services.
• Handling complaints or feedback on live projects.
• Reporting bugs or software/product/platform issues, collaborating with teams to implement fixes for client projects.
• Providing feedback on support tickets to colleagues in other departments.
• Meeting service level agreements (SLAs).
• Documenting client work and interactions, utilizing project management tools such as Salesforce and OpenAir.
Requirements
• Strong IT skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, e.g., Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams.
• Previous experience in a client/customer service environment, e.g., call center, retail, hospitality.
• Previous experience in the talent management industry is desirable but not required.
• Demonstrable evidence of collaboration, personal assignment management, and task resolution.
