Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Client Relations Manager to oversee the direction, management, and growth of our client development, client entertainment, and community relations efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance client relationships, create awareness of the latest laws and judgments, and promote the benefits they offer. You will also collaborate with industry professionals, organize events and conferences, and facilitate knowledge sharing activities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute client development and management plans, providing strategic guidance and support.
- Identify target clients and conduct relevant research to devise effective strategies for creating awareness of the latest laws and judgments and their benefits.
- Collaborate and liaise with industry stakeholders to foster relationships and facilitate networking opportunities.
- Organize events, conferences, and knowledge sharing activities to promote the company's expertise and enhance client engagement.
- Independently handle correspondence with clients, associates, and government offices, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, both in independent work and as part of a team.
- Utilize Windows, MS Office, internet, and email effectively to perform job duties.
- Maintain a high level of organization, prioritize tasks, and multitask efficiently.
- Exhibit flexibility and willingness to work on a wide variety of matters to meet client needs.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in client relationship management or a related role, preferably within a professional services firm.
- Solid understanding of the professional service firm environment, as well as the responsibilities and work ethic of legal professionals.
- Proficiency in handling independent correspondence with clients, associates, and government offices.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
- Proficient in using Windows, MS Office, internet, and email.
- Highly organized, with excellent prioritization and multitasking abilities.
- Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to take on diverse responsibilities.
