Job Description

This role is responsible for managing the development and implementation of client-centric maintenance solutions for public housing renters and staff. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders across the department and with external partners to design and deliver innovative digital solutions that improve client service delivery and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Key responsibilities will include:

Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders across the department and with external partners.
Identifying and prioritizing business needs and developing solutions that meet those needs.
Leading cross-functional teams to deliver digital projects and initiatives.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Experience in managing digital projects and initiatives.
Strong skills in business analysis, project management, and team leadership.
A deep understanding of the public housing sector and the challenges facing it.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
