My client, a top-tier UK law firm based in Nottingham, seeks an experienced Housing Disrepair Claims Handler to join their technical claims team.
Job Summary
This role involves assisting Partners and Senior Solicitors with high-value and complex social housing claims. You will also be responsible for managing your own caseload of housing disrepair, statutory nuisance claims, anti-social behaviour claims, injunctions, possession proceedings, and housing-related personal injury claims.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist Partners and Senior Solicitors with high-value and complex social housing claims.
Manage your own caseload of housing disrepair, statutory nuisance claims, anti-social behaviour claims, injunctions, possession proceedings, and housing-related personal injury claims.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years' previous experience within housing disrepair.
Benefits:
Salary: £26,000 per annum (DOE) + bonus
Flexible working arrangement: 2 days in the office, 3 days remote work
