CIVIL EXECUTIVE
job Summary:
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced civil project engineer to oversee the development of new stores and the maintenance of existing stores. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project life cycle, from initial planning and design to construction and completion. They will also be responsible for ensuring that existing stores are well-maintained and meet company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that all aspects of the project are completed according to schedule and within budget.
• Oversee the construction process, ensuring that all work is completed to high-quality standards and in compliance with all applicable codes and regulations.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
• Manage project risks and develop contingency plans as needed.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for the maintenance of existing stores.
• Work with store managers and other stakeholders to identify maintenance needs and ensure that they are addressed promptly.
• Manage relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure that work is completed on time and within budget.
• Ensure that all stores are in compliance with company standards for cleanliness, safety, and appearance.
• Conduct regular inspections of stores to identify maintenance needs and ensure that they are addressed promptly.
Requirements and skills
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in project management, with a focus on construction and/or store development.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and techniques, as well as building codes and regulations.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Experience managing budgets and resources.
• Knowledge of store operations and maintenance is a plus.
• Ability to travel as needed to oversee projects and visit stores.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
