This is a unique role that will provide hands-on experience in various business functions, including document management, data entry, and customer service. You will contribute to the smooth running of the City by providing efficient and accurate administrative assistance.

Your Responsibilities:

Provide professional customer service to internal and external customers.
Assist with general administrative support services.
Support the preparation and prioritisation of meetings and day-to-day work activities.
Manage and prioritise inboxes, calendars, and schedules.
Perform data entry, filing, and document management.
Enhance administration services and provide suggestions for improvement.
