One should know the preparation end to end and able to head the Chinese department.
Prepare food according to the menu and based on the restaurant standards and requirements.
Manage Portions and inventory for the chinese department.
Train other kitchen staff with the preparation item to build team.
Ready to learn trending items and able to test and prepare it.
Updated with the industry and provide right instruction to the kitchen staff.
