We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director to lead our team and drive the strategic vision of the organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record of successful business development.
Duties
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals
- Lead and mentor a team of managers and staff
- Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure efficiency across all departments
- Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with external partners
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in business development, leadership, project management, process improvement, and negotiation
- Proven ability to lead teams effectively and foster a collaborative work environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinker with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's degree preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
