• Oversee all aspects of our operations, including process management, team handling, resource optimization, and process delivery.

• 5+ years of experience in process management, team handling, resource optimization, process delivery, client handling, SLA management, and people skills.
• Proven experience in leading and managing teams, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong understanding of business operations, process optimization, and project management.
• Experience in client management and relationship building, with a customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
