Facility Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Facility Operations Manager to join our team.
About the Role
• Lead facility operations teams to achieve business objectives and continuous improvement goals.
• Manage key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Foster open, collaborative relationships with superiors, subordinates, peers, and clients.

Responsibilities:
• Administer day-to-day operations, generating reports and managing data to inform management decisions.
• Maintain stock levels of consumables and materials to support smooth operations.
• Process vendor invoices in alignment with finance processes.
• Contribute to weekly and monthly reports for clients and stakeholders.
• Assist in delivery of agreed initiatives from Intel and JLL roadmaps.

Candidate Requirements
• Degree or diploma with experience in technical management.
• 4-5 years of experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining technical operations in IT/MNC settings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to multitask and track implementation at remote locations through identified single points of contact (SPOCs).
• Strong program management skills.
• Electrical license is mandatory.
