Primary Responsibilities
Prepare all menu items to the highest standards.
Develop new recipes and assist in defining menu items.
Stay current with customer preferences and deliver dishes that meet their taste requirements.
Follow cooking instructions and recipes for signature dishes.
Prepare and set up ingredients and materials needed for cooking.
Supervise kitchen staff to maintain operational standards.
Provide training to kitchen staff as needed.
Manage and schedule kitchen staff.
Effectively manage kitchen operations through the docket system.
Maintain a sanitized and organized workstation.
Key Skills and Attributes
Relevant qualifications with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience.
Certificate IV or higher qualification.
