Job description
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Chef to join our dynamic team at Mary G's, a vibrant hotel/pub located in the heart of Lismore.

As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional culinary experiences to our guests. If you have a strong passion for food, excellent communication skills, and a 'can-do' attitude, we would love to hear from you.

About You:

Experience as a Chef in a high-volume pub or restaurant
Team player with excellent focus and ability to work under pressure
Able to contribute to and create a positive and proactive work environment
Strong communication and organisational skills
HACCP food safety knowledge
Flexible to work across a rotating roster including weekdays, weekends, and evenings

$73,500 per annum salary based on experience
