**Job Summary**
We are seeking a skilled and creative culinary professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating exciting menus that combine Malaysian-Asian cuisine with western-style cooking.
**Key Responsibilities**
Effectively manage all aspects of kitchen operations
Plan and create menus every week
Develop new dishes and improve existing recipes
Determine food quantities and costs, and order food and kitchen supplies
Monitor food quality and presentation of dishes at all stages
Discuss food preparation issues with managers, kitchen and waiting staff
Prepare and cook food
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
**Qualification Experience**
Hospitality or culinary diploma qualification
At least 5 years of relevant experience
Experience in creating exciting menus
Culinary skills in cooking Malaysian-Asian dishes with western cooking techniques
