Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lucknow for a Chef De Partie. The Chef De Partie will be responsible for preparing and presenting dishes to the highest standards, maintaining high levels of food hygiene and safety, and assisting in the training of junior kitchen staff. Additional duties include managing inventory, ensuring efficient kitchen operations, and collaborating with the head chef to develop new menu items.
