Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and deliver high-quality dishes consistently during large events and high-volume service.
• Work efficiently under pressure, ensuring all food is prepared to the highest standards.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to execute a diverse menu for events, from match days to private functions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment.
• Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in managing the kitchen during busy periods.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a high-cover, high-pressure environment.
• Experience in event catering is highly desirable.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• A valid driving license is essential.
• Working knowledge of HACCP and COSHH
• Level three Food hygiene certificate
