We currently have a vacancy for Chef de Partie (Continental) to join our Shangri-La family.

Duties:
Supervise and control the work of the kitchen personnel in your section
Assist with overseeing the daily operation of the kitchen
Maintain the quality of the food provided * Maintain a close and positive relationship with the team
Support the Executive Sous Chef on daily operation
Requirements:
Has a passion for Food Beverage
Enjoys interacting with people
Enjoys being challenged * Must have experience working in either a luxury restaurant or a 5* hotel environment
Committed to serving food of the highest quality
A self-starter and a teamplayer
Communicates and writes with fluency in English (and local language)
Willing to work shifts
