Responsibilities
• Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in accordance with menu specifications.
• Maintain food safety and hygiene standards in compliance with health regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
• Ensure the kitchen is clean, organised, and well-maintained at all times.
• Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure a seamless dining experience for guests.
• Train new kitchen staff on cooking techniques, safety procedures, and restaurant policies.
Requirements
• Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role within a restaurant or hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team effectively.
• Proficiency in various cooking techniques and cuisines.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong organisational skills with the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A passion for culinary arts and creativity in food presentation.
Due to insurance puposes and the nature of the Role candidates must be 18 and have a full Uk Driving licence.
