Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Chat Support Executive at our Delhi location. Your primary responsibility will be to provide timely and accurate support to our customers through our chat support platform. You will handle customer queries, complaints, and provide them with appropriate resolutions and guidance. In addition, you will work closely with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Experience in customer support, preferably in an e-commerce environment
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to resolve customer issues
• Ability to adapt to changing processes and software systems
• High attention to detail and accuracy in typing and data entry
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
