Roles and Responsibilities:

Managing Customer queries through chat process regarding customer service inquiries.
Identifying customers needs to achieve satisfaction.
Provide appropriate solutions within time limits.
Keep records of customer interactions.
Education Qualification Experience:

Candidate must be a graduate
Candidate must know Laptop Use
Candidate must have at least 1 Year of experience in Customer Support
