We have an exciting opportunity for the role of Customer Experience Specialist - Chat Support in Vadodara Gandhinagar locations.
We are looking for candidates with excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
Job Title: Customer Experience Specialist - Chat Support
Location: Vadodara Gandhinagar
Salary: Up to 30k (Based on BPO experience Interview)
Shifts: Night shift and Rotational shift between 6 am - 10 pm (24*7 environment)
Week Off: Any two rotational week off.
Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent customer service through chat support.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints.
• Identify and escalate issues to the appropriate channels when necessary.
• Follow up on customer interactions and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Document all customer interactions in the appropriate system.
• Meet or exceed quality and productivity goals.
• Participate in training and coaching sessions as required.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers and colleagues.
• Be flexible to work in a 24*7 environment with night shifts and rotational offs.
• Must be able to commute within a local transport boundary of 30kms.
