live chat, and web-based contact forms.

 Accurately diagnose customer issues and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives.

 Maintain thorough and accurate records of customer interactions using our CRM or

ticketing system.

 Customer Support Representative specializing in email, chat, and web-based support

 Ensure follow-ups are conducted in a timely manner until resolution is achieved.

 Identify recurring issues and contribute to the creation of FAQs, knowledge base

articles, and support documentation.

 Meet or exceed KPIs related to response time, resolution time, and customer

satisfaction.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
