Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Assistant to join our dynamic dental practice. NEW GRADS WELCOME!
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office while providing exceptional care to our patients. This position requires a strong understanding of dental procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Responsibilities
Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures by preparing instruments and materials.
Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed.
Maintain accurate patient records and manage appointment scheduling.
Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care.
Sterilize instruments and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
Manage inventory of dental supplies and equipment.
Collaborate with the front office team to ensure seamless patient flow.
Support orthodontic and pediatric procedures as required.
Qualifications
Proficiency in medical terminology relevant to dentistry.
Experience in dental assisting, with knowledge of Abeldent dental software preferred.
Familiarity with dental receptionist duties is a plus.
Experience in orthodontics or pediatrics is highly desirable.
Knowledge of Prime Scan/iTero is a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and team members.
Ability to maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $19.29-$29.97 per hour
