Are you a passionate and experienced leader in Early Childhood Education (ECE) looking for a meaningful role in a not-for-profit setting? Join our close-knit community as the Centre Manager of our centre licensed for under 50, where you’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact in the lives of children, families, and staff.
This centre is well-established and prides itself on fostering a nurturing, supportive, and collaborative environment for children aged 0-6 years. The centre is licensed for under 50 children and has a strong community focus, working closely with families to provide the best possible start for our tamariki.
The Role:
As the Centre Manager, you will lead a team of dedicated teachers and support staff, ensuring the highest quality of care and education for our children. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, compliance with ECE regulations, staff development, and maintaining strong relationships with whanau and the wider community.
