Centre In|charge
Roles and Responsibilities:
1) Promote English speaking among staff and students.
2) Be responsible for the proper maintenance of accounts of the centre/ students record/teachers record.
3) Ensure that a personal file is maintained for every staff member at your centre which will include photocopy of 10th and 12th mark sheets, address proof, experience certificate(if any), 2 passport size photos and 1 copy of resume.
4) Ensure that the school building, its fixtures and furniture, office equipment etc are properly and carefully maintained.
5) Supervise, guide and control the work of the teaching and non
- teaching staff of the school.
6) Be in-charge of admission in the school and send the daily update in relation to admission enquiry to the Finance Head.
7) Take over the duties of Office Coordinator/Academic Incharge in their absence.
8) Ensure that the assembly starts and finishes on time.
+) Take a meeting with the Academic Incharges in the morning before assembly to ensure that the substitute teachers are allotted in place of absent teachers.
10) To take rounds so as to ensure that proper discipline is maintained.
11) To make sure that exchange of teachers after every period is smooth and swift. Teachers should resume the classes within 2mins.
12) Centre head should also have the syllabus and time table copy and should be aware about how much syllabus is completed and what is being taught in the classes presently.
13) To make sure that teachers have received monthly planner of coming month on time.
14) To recheck few copies every day randomly to make sure that teachers are checking the copies properly without any mistake and it will also help in observing the performance of the Academic Incharges.
15) To motivate teachers regularly to make sure that they take no leaves or minimum numbers of leaves.
16) To schedule meeting with all the staff members once a week so that they can share their issues/problems etc.
17) Ensure that proper induction is given to the new staff which would include briefing them about the leave rules, salary rules etc.
20) When calling PTM make sure to have proper arrangement done for same.
21) Give proper feedback about the student to his/her parents.
22) Make sure that the teachers are giving diary notes are like
- home work not done, coming late to school, notebook/book not brought by student, student not coming in proper uniform, hairs/nails are not trimmed etc.
23) To make sure that mark sheets are prepared at least 3 days before the PTM of result declaration.
24) To make sure that grand total of marks in answer sheet are correct and fair marks are given to students in their answer sheet.
Salary:
₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
