CDL Class A Driver
Job description
Bronx Produce/Fruit Wholesaler in New York City Terminal Market (772 Edgewater Rd) looking for Class A CDL drivers. Union health insurance (single /or Family) and pension plan.
· Day drivers 6 days per week $26.30/hr Sun thru Thurs. Overtime after 8 hours per day. Fri will be overtime day.
· Nite drivers 5 days per week, Sun thru Thurs $26.30/hr plus $5/hr premium pay. Overtime after 8 hours per day.
· Must be able to drive manual transmission vehicles
· Hands on – willing and able to move boxes up to 50 lbs.
· Able to drive/work solo
· Have basic mechanical knowledge and able to maintain equipment, do pre-trip inspections and file trip reports
· Familiar with DOT rules
· Responsible and punctual
