What would you do while you work with us?
1. Responsible for managing a team of Fulfilment Associates TLs
2. Managing the process of pre-booking and post-booking of cars till Car delivery
3. Coaching Managing teams to have the right skill set for business growth
4. Grooming team to build strong negotiation skills
5. Partner with Customer excellence, Refurb, Quality other cross-functional teams based in UAE
6. Aligning with the delivery team for test drives and delivery of cars to the customers.
7. Building Sales Strategies Setting Targets
8. Defining, implementing Execute strategy to improve overall performance
What are we looking for?
1. Should be able to manage Call center operations / has managed outsourcing manpower
2. Hands-on experience in sales with Excel Google sheets
3. Strong business acumen and knowledge of the used car industry
4. Experience in managing after-sales.
5. Strong quantitative analytical skills
6. Strong logical thinking problem-solving skills
7. Good at execution project management
8. Willing to work for 6 days in a week
