About Us
MTN Kitchens Maintenance Limited is a well-established construction and renovation company based in Auckland. We specialize in custom kitchens, interior fit-outs, and residential/commercial maintenance projects. With a growing portfolio of work, we are looking for two skilled and reliable Carpenter to join our team.
The Role
As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for carrying out a range of construction and renovation tasks with high-quality workmanship and attention to detail. You will work across residential and commercial projects, including kitchen installations, cabinetry, framing, flooring, and general carpentry.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform carpentry tasks including framing, flooring, cabinetry, and finishing work
Read and interpret building plans and technical drawings
Install kitchens, benchtops, shelving, and other custom joinery
Operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently
Work independently and as part of a team on-site
Follow health and safety procedures and company guidelines
Requirements:
Proven 2 years’ experience as a Carpenter
Sound knowledge of tools, materials, and carpentry methods
Ability to read plans and technical drawings
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Good communication and teamwork skills
