Seeking an experienced Foreman for a commercial construction company. The ideal candidate will have over 2 years of experience in framing metal studs, acoustical ceiling installation, and/or hanging/finishing drywall. A valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle are required.
Duties Responsibilities:
• Construct, install, and repair projects using metal stud framer/hanger/finisher hand tools and power tools.
• Follow blueprints and specifications.
• Efficiently frame walls, hang and/or finish drywall, and install ceilings with high quality.
• Prepare or assist with layout using lasers, squares, chalk lines, etc.
