Job description
We are currently looking for Carpenters to work on a social housing contract in the Wembley area. This is a temp to perm role where you will be offered a permanent contract after 12 weeks work. The job will be carrying out reactive maintenance within tenanted properties, using a PDA and speaking to tenants and planners daily, so good communication skills are essential.
The rate of pay is £20 per hour, £664 a week take home, based on a 42.5 hour week.
Requirements
• Social housing experience
• Carpentry qualification - essential
• Full UK driving licence
• Own tools
