Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Caller at Capitax Management Pvt. Ltd. located in New Delhi. The Caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers explain products and services, and answer questions from customers about products and services being offered. They will also be responsible for maintaining customer data in the company's database and achieving daily and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
• Prior experience in telemarketing or call center work is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
• Ability to handle customer objections and close sales
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in using a computer and customer management software
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and improve
