Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Caller at MyMoneyMantra located in New Delhi. The Caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, understanding their financial needs, and connecting them with the right financial products and services. The Caller will also be responsible for maintaining customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
• Excellent verbal communication skills and active listening skills
• Ability to persuade, influence, and negotiate effectively
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Knowledge of banking, financial products, and services
• Familiarity with relevant software, such as CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Fluency in English and Hindi is required. Proficiency in other Indian languages is a plus
• Minimum high school diploma or higher education degree in commerce or finance
