• To Take Incoming Calls To Customers. * To Resolve The Customers Complaint Issues. * To Inform Them About New Products And Services. * To Listen To Objections And Handle Them Effectively. * To Generate More Good Communication Call Quality With Customer Satisfaction. * To Enter The Details Of Every Interaction In The System. * To Maintain Login Hours And Punctuality. * Must Have Decent Typing Speed (At Least 20 WPM)
Skills Required:
• Basic Computer Knowledge, * Minimum 12th Pass * Fluency In Gujarati And Hindi Languages * Should Be Interactive * Good Communication Skills
