Opening for Myanmar and Thailand

Process: Chat Process

We are looking for a Customer Oriented Service Representative (CSR's) / Sales Representative (SR). A CSR or SR will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer might face with accuracy and efficiency. The best SR / CSRs are genuinely excited to help customers and sell them the services which best suits them. They are patient empathetic, and passionately communicative. They love to talk/chat and understand the value of good communication skills. CSR's/ SR can put themselves in their customer's shoes and advocate for them when necessary. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Requirement: 50 Team Members in Initial Batch

• Fresher/Experienced anyone can apply.

• Strong telephonic and verbal and written communication skills along with active listening.

• Candidates must have a good command over "English" language.

• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.

• Candidates must be opened for Day/Night shift as per company's requirement.

• Candidate must be willing to relocate to Thailand / Myanmar

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Manage large amounts of outbound calls / chats in a timely manner.

• Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions

and/or alternatives.

• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.

• Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.

• Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level.

• Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.

Shift Timings:

• Timings for US shift (8:30 PM to 8:30 AM)

• 2 Hrs of brake

Facilities:

1. Travel (Visa Ticket)

2. Food (Indian - Veg / Non- Veg)

3. Accommodation

4. Daily essential needs

5. Medical Insurance

6. 20 days of Paid leave once in a year (All expenses paid by company)
