Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Sales Calls: Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and sell products or services.
Lead Generation: Identify new sales opportunities through research and cold calling.
Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product details, features, and benefits to effectively communicate with customers.
Customer Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by addressing their queries and concerns in a professional and friendly manner.
Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales quotas and performance metrics.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and feedback in the CRM system.
Follow-Up: Follow up with leads and prospects to close sales or provide additional information.
Upselling and Cross-Selling: Proactively suggest additional products/services to existing customers where applicable.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to share insights and improve sales processes.
Skills Qualifications:

Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in outbound sales or telemarketing (preferably in a call center environment).
Language Proficiency: Fluency in Hindi (spoken and written) is required. Additional languages are a plus.
Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and confident speaking style.
Sales Skills: Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and handle objections effectively.
Customer Focus: Strong ability to engage and build rapport with customers over the phone.
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software, dialer systems, and basic MS Office applications.
Problem-Solving: Ability to handle customer queries and resolve issues quickly and professionally.
Team Player: Ability to work well in a team environment and contribute to team goals.
Self-Motivated: Goal-oriented with a strong drive to succeed and meet sales targets.
Preferred Skills:

Previous experience in outbound tele-sales or telemarketing, particularly in a call center setting.
Knowledge of sales techniques such as lead qualification, objection handling, and closing techniques.
Familiarity with handling high-volume outbound calls.
