Job Title: Call Center Executive for Political Research Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Call Center Executive to conduct political research and gather data through phone interviews. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting research surveys, collecting data and ensuring a high level of accuracy in the information gathered. The Call Center Executive will work as part of a team and will be expected to maintain a high level of professionalism at all times. Responsibilities: Conduct research surveys via phone calls, and gather data related to political trends and opinions. Make outbound calls to the respondents. Accurately document responses and provide daily reports to management. Build relationships with respondents, while ensuring confidentiality and privacy are maintained at all times. Meet daily targets as determined by management. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service skills while handling calls. Continuously update knowledge of research methodology and political trends. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a call center or telemarketing environment preferred. Excellent communication skills with a neutral accent, fluency in local and English language. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships over the phone. Good organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team. Basic computer skills, with the ability to use a CRM system and other relevant software. Salary and Benefits: Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
