Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center English Representative, located in Mumbai. The individual will be responsible for answering customer inquiries, providing support, and handling complaints via phone or email. They will also be responsible for translating and interpreting information accurately, assisting in training sessions for new employees, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
• Proficient in Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in English Teaching and Training
• Skills in Translation
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Previous experience in a call center or relevant field is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred but not required

Salary-60K to 65K
