Job Description
In this role, you will work closely with the Senior Digital Specialist and Senior Data and Business Analyst to support crucial systems and tools that deliver people services and people-related information across Toitu Te Whenua. Your days will be spent providing great user support, collecting and analysing business data, monitoring system performance, and implementing system changes. You will also assist in troubleshooting and testing to ensure smooth deployment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will have experience in business analysis, with a strength in user requirement gathering. You will also have experience supporting HR or other compliance-based systems and tools. Strong logic and numerical skills are essential, as well as tenacity and enjoyment of researching and solving complex problems. A focus on delivery and a willingness to take accountability and ownership of work, while adapting to changing priorities, are also required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to influence and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
