Job Overview: Alcorn Immigration Law seeks a full-time, in-person Business Immigration Associate Attorney in our Palo Alto office to support technology startups and founders with visas and green cards.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing a caseload of immigration cases
Providing legal counsel to clients on business immigration matters
Staying updated on the latest developments in immigration laws
Requirements:

A JD from an accredited law school
An active bar membership
At least 2+ years of experience in business immigration, particularly with O-1, EB-1, NIW, and PERM cases
